Michael Jackson’s mother, Katherine Jackson, will get custody of his children Prince, Paris and Blanket. Debbie Rowe will maintain her legal parental rights and get meaningful visitations with her two biological children, Prince Michael and Paris.

Londell McMillan, a lawyer for Katherine Jackson, stated to CBS News that both parties reached an agreement that was in the best interests of  the children.

“All of the parties are resolved. There is no situation better for these children than for them to be raised and reared in the loving care of Mrs. Katherine Jackson”.

Michael Jackson had indicated in his will he wanted his mother to get custody of his children.
